Terms of Delivery
General Information
Jefuhanskat.fi / GLVS Jefuhanskat (Business ID: 3093124-4) sells products to private individuals within the EU. These delivery terms apply to ordering products from our online store, as well as similar deliveries (for example, orders made through email/WhatsApp/phone in exceptional cases).
These delivery terms are valid starting from June 1, 2024. We may change the delivery terms unilaterally from time to time, so please review the delivery terms before placing an order.
Return Costs for Uncollected Packages
If a package is returned to the sender due to non-collection, we will charge 14.90€ to cover the return and re-shipping costs.
Delivery Method
Orders will be shipped either as letters or parcels. Small packages will be delivered as letter mail.
Delivery Time
We will ship your order within 1-4 days from the receipt of the order. Deliveries in Europe should arrive within 6-14 working days. Any exceptions to the delivery times will be communicated either in the product description or directly to the customer during the order process. Please check the delivery immediately upon receipt. If the package is damaged, take photos of it before opening. If the product is lost, damaged during shipping, or if it does not match your order, or is otherwise defective, please notify us as soon as possible, and no later than 14 days after receiving the package, so we can resolve the issue. In consumer sales, we follow the defect liability regulations of the Consumer Protection Act. GLVS Jefuhanskat is not responsible for any direct or indirect damages related to the delivery or the product, except as otherwise required by mandatory provisions of consumer protection law or other applicable laws.
Disputes
If you encounter any issues, please contact us using the contact information below. If a dispute regarding the sales contract cannot be resolved through negotiations between the parties, the consumer may submit the issue to the Consumer Disputes Board (www.kuluttajariita.fi) for resolution. Before submitting a case to the Consumer Disputes Board, the consumer must contact the consumer advice service of the local magistrates (www.kuluttajaneuvonta.fi).
Right of Cancellation and Return Terms
Consumer customers have the right to cancel their order according to Finnish consumer protection law, by notifying us no later than 14 days after receiving the goods or the last batch of goods.
The cancellation notice must be clear, for example, via email at info@jefuhanskat.fi or with a written notification accompanying the returned goods.
Returned products must be in their original packaging and unused. Please pack the products carefully for shipping! If a returned product has been used contrary to the buyer's legal duty of care, the company has the right to charge a depreciation fee, up to the full price of the product, including return shipping costs.
If the sale is canceled, the goods must be returned without delay, and no later than 14 days after sending the cancellation notice to the following address.
The returner must, if necessary, prove that the goods have been returned within the required timeframe, for example, with a return receipt. When returning products, please include your name, contact details, and bank account number for a refund!
We will refund the full amount you paid for the order without delay, in accordance with consumer protection law. We do not refund shipping costs.
